Had problems with ear wax since Christmas? How was the service you received from the NHS? Please complete our survey.
Ear wax can sound like a trivial problem. But it can cause hearing loss, social isolation and depression. About half of the GPs in Sutton will remove ear wax. But other patients may need to wait for a hospital appointment, or to pay over £50 for private treatment.
Various proposals are being discussed about new ways of providing ear wax removal through the NHS. We want to hear from Sutton people about the current situation. We can help NHS decision-makers to plan effective services if we call tell them what is happening on the ground.
