Help with Long Covid still available
Still not fully recovered 4 weeks or more after having Covid? Help is available.
If you don't feel well 4 weeks after having Covid, you may have Long Covid, also known as Post-Covid Syndrome.
Know the symptoms
The most common symptoms are:
- extreme tiredness (fatigue)
- feeling short of breath
- loss of smell
- muscle aches
- brain fog

Get referred to the Post Covid Syndrome service
- ask your GP to refer you to the service
- the GP may suggest you have tests such as blood tests or a chest X-ray. This is to find out more about your symptoms and rule out other things that might be causing them
