Annual Report 2020-21: On Equal Terms
Today, we publish our Annual Report celebrating our achievements in helping to make care better in Sutton, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are proud to present our Annual Report which showcases how our work has made a difference to health and social care services and our local community.
You will read in this report that our activities have been many and varied this year. Maybe not quite 'as normal', but carried out with the zeal and commitment of a dedicated staff team, a vibrant Board and a grand bunch of volunteers!
Our year in numbers
- We heard from 2,042 people this year about their experiences of health and social care;
- We engaged with and supported 1,554 people during the COVID-19 pandemic this year;
- We published 7 reports about the improvements people would like to see to health and social care services;
- 50% of recommendations we made last year have been acted upon, at this point where we reviewed progress.
